Non-Offensive Defence and human security in The New Strategic Concept:

The new Strategic Concept should explore the principles of Non-Offensive Defence and human security in shaping a revised collective defence posture for the Alliance.
The human security dimension involves the protection of all civilians, and gender equality is an integral part of all stages in NATO operations.
